Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential, trauma‑informed support to help organisations foster healthier, safer and more productive workplaces. We offer short‑term counselling for staff wellbeing, skilled dispute resolution to address interpersonal or team conflict, and critical incident debriefing to stabilise and support employees following distressing events. Our team also delivers tailored workplace training that builds capacity in communication, psychological safety, leadership and resilience. Together, these services strengthen organisational culture, reduce risk and ensure employees feel supported, valued and equipped to thrive.
